This Spring we’ve brought back some old favorites and have created a new one for you to try…check them out!
This is typically called an undertow and prepared with Vanilla.
“Here's how your barista prepares the Undertow: Pour about an inch of cold half-and-half (or milk) into a small cup or glass, then add two pumps of Madagascar vanilla syrup. Prepare espresso and let it brew, then pour over an upside-down spoon so that the hot espresso shots will float atop the cream or milk.“
We love vanilla but decided to use Irish Cream instead. Its definitely a fun experience with temperature and flavor!
Honey Lavender Lattes are an extremely popular drink here at Heritage. One year our chalk sign artists forgot to put this on our specials board but word got out anyways! We would have customers coming up to the counter, “I heard you have Lavender!?!?“ We were selling through it so much, we just never got around to adding it to the board!!! Definitely a favorite around here.
Its also great hot or iced, so with our fickle weather you can enjoy it rain or shine!
The French Caramel Truffle is a new spring drink special at Heritage. This Mocha has our Ghirardelli Chocolate, a Caramel Syrup from France, and a sprinkle of Cocoa Powder.
People have been ordering this hot, iced, and blended! If you love Mochas, you’ll probably love this drink.
